Axera (Stock Code: 600) Announces Global Offering Allotment Results

Axera Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (愛芯元智半導體股份有限公司), also known as AXERA, completed a global offering involving 104,915,200 H shares at an offer price of HK$28.20 per H share. Upon listing, the company’s total issued share capital stands at 587,760,481 shares (before any exercise of the over-allotment option). Trading on the Stock Exchange is scheduled to commence on February 10, 2026.

The transaction raised gross proceeds of approximately HK$2,958.6 million, with estimated listing expenses amounting to HK$159.6 million, leading to net proceeds of about HK$2,799.0 million. The Hong Kong Public Offering portion comprised 10,491,600 H shares, oversubscribed by 104.82 times, while the International Offering featured 94,423,600 H shares, which were reported to be about 6.8 times subscribed. An over-allotment option of 15,737,200 additional H shares was also made available.

Following completion of the global offering, 354,583,316 H shares—representing 60.33% of the company’s issued share capital (before the exercise of the over-allotment option)—are counted toward the public float. The company indicates this level exceeds both the minimum public float requirement and the free float requirement at the time of listing. The shares will trade in board lots of 100 H shares under the stock code “600.”
