C-MER Medical repurchases 180,000 shares, raising treasury stock to 22.87 million

Hong Kong-listed C-MER Medical Holdings Limited disclosed a market repurchase of 180,000 ordinary shares on 20 July 2026. The shares were bought back on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging from HKD 0.98 to HKD 0.99, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.9867 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.18 million.

\n\nPrior to the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stock stood at 1.20965 billion. The repurchased amount represents 0.0149 % of that total. Following the buyback, issued shares outstanding decreased to 1.20947 billion, while treasury shares increased to 22.87 million; total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.23234 billion.

\n\nThe repurchase formed part of a mandate approved on 20 May 2026 that authorises the company to buy back up to 123.23 million shares. C-MER Medical has utilised 0.0146 % of this limit to date. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 August 2026.
