OMNIVISION Shareholders Endorse 2026 H-Share Incentive Scheme and Related Mandates

OMNIVISION (stock code: 00501) announced that all special resolutions at its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026, held on 15 July 2026 in Shanghai, were approved with strong shareholder support.

The company reported 1.26 billion issued shares, of which 1.25 billion carried voting rights after excluding 8.75 million treasury shares. The EGM was attended by 2,407 shareholders and proxies representing 358.16 million voting shares—28.68 % of the total voting shares.

Key voting results: • 2026 H-Share Incentive Scheme passed with 95.77 % of votes in favour (343.01 million shares). • Scheme Mandate Limit approved with 95.77 % support (343.01 million shares). • Authorisation for the Board and designated persons to implement the scheme received 96.76 % approval (346.57 million shares).

All resolutions surpassed the two-thirds threshold required for special resolutions and are now effective.
