Huaneng Power International, Inc. (00902) announced that the company has recently completed the issuance of the 2026 Twelfth Tranche of medium-term notes.
The bond was issued in the amount of RMB2 billion, with a term of 5 years, a unit face value of RMB100, and an issuance interest rate of 1.58%.
The proceeds from this bond issuance will be used to supplement the company's working capital, adjust its debt structure, repay bank borrowings, and repay bonds that are about to mature.
