Greentown Service repurchases 0.47 million shares for HKD 1.97 million, raising treasury shareholding to 32.49 million

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 17 July 2026, detailing a share buy-back executed on the same day.

The company repurchased 474,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 4.09 to HKD 4.21, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 4.14 per share. Aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 1.97 million.

Post-transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 3.12 billion, representing a 0.0152% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 32.49 million, keeping the total issued share count unchanged at 3.15 billion.

Since receiving the current buy-back mandate on 18 June 2026, Greentown Service has repurchased 9.97 million shares, equivalent to 0.32% of the share base on the mandate date. The company remains authorised to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares under this mandate.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the issuer is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 16 August 2026. All repurchases were conducted in accordance with the Main Board Rules, as confirmed by Director Yang Zhangfa in the filing.
