On September 1, according to financial channel reports, Bank Of Nanjing Co.,Ltd. announced that Zhu Feng has resigned from his position as business executive due to reaching the retirement age, and will no longer hold any position at the company or its subsidiaries thereafter.
Mr. Zhu's original term of office at the company was scheduled to end on January 8, 2027.
