Jianning County in Sanming Penalizes Construction Unit for Damaging Natural Gas Pipeline

According to an official notification, on December 3, 2024, a construction company in Fujian Province failed to implement necessary safety protection measures while working on a residential community project in Jianning County, Sanming City, Fujian Province, resulting in damage to a natural gas pipeline.

In accordance with Article 52 of the "Urban Gas Management Regulations" and Article C104.52 of the "Fujian Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development System Administrative Penalty Discretion Benchmark," the Jianning County Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau imposed an administrative fine of 15,000 yuan on the construction unit.
