According to an exchange filing on July 5th, Shenzhen Forms Syntron Information Co.,Ltd. has submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
The joint sponsors for the proposed listing are CMB International Capital and Guosen Securities.
