Prior to the disposal, SHOG Creation Limited's long position in OSHIDORI was 464.48 million shares, representing 6.69%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 164.48 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 2.37%. As the holding fell below 5%, SHOG Creation Limited ceased to be a substantial shareholder.
