Doushen (Beijing) Education & Technology Inc. (300010) released its Q3 2025 financial report, showing a 44.05% year-on-year increase in revenue to RMB 327 million. Cumulative revenue for the first three quarters reached RMB 776 million, up 39.36% year-on-year. The company attributed the growth to business model adjustments.
However, in July this year, Doushen Education faced regulatory penalties for information disclosure violations. Recently, lawyer Liu Peng’s team from Shanghai Huzi Law Firm has filed a case on behalf of affected investors. Eligible claimants include those who purchased shares between July 1, 2022, and August 15, 2024 (inclusive) and sold or held them after August 16, 2024, incurring losses. Investors must prepare transaction records and identification documents for the claims process.
According to regulatory findings, from July 2022 to March 2023, Doushen Education and its subsidiaries failed to disclose five litigation and arbitration cases, as well as delayed disclosures for cases involving Chabuchar Xibo, Defeng Advertising, and others, totaling RMB 12.042 million. Additionally, the company did not promptly report cases related to Zhang, Yule Bay, and Zhangjiakou, nor disclose them in its 2023 semi-annual report, with cumulative amounts reaching RMB 124 million.
The Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a warning and imposed a fine of RMB 2.3 million on Doushen Education, with penalties also levied on responsible individuals. Regulations require listed companies to immediately disclose material events that may significantly impact securities prices.
Investors are advised to consider not only financial performance but also corporate governance and disclosure compliance. Affected shareholders may still register for claims.
