Shanghai Forest Cabin Cosmetics Group Co., Ltd. (FOREST CABIN) disclosed that it bought back 543,000 H-shares on 27 July 2026 via on-market transactions, paying an aggregate HK$28.40 million.
The shares were repurchased within a price range of HK$49.14–HK$52.80 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HK$52.30.
Capital structure impact: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.51% from 107.12 million to 106.57 million. • Treasury shares rose from 1.07 million to 1.62 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 108.19 million, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury and has not been cancelled.
Repurchase mandate utilisation: • The current mandate, approved on 8 May 2026, authorises buybacks of up to 10.82 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.62 million shares, equivalent to 1.49% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date, leaving capacity for a further 9.20 million shares.
Regulatory notes: • In line with HKEX Main Board Rule 10.06, the company confirmed compliance with all repurchase requirements. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in effect until 26 August 2026.
