The resolution includes two key decisions: (1) The company will not renew the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditor. Consequently, PricewaterhouseCoopers will retire from the role of the company's auditor following the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026. (2) Following a recommendation from the company's Audit and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, it is proposed to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Deloitte Hua Yong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) — collectively referred to as Deloitte — as the company's new international auditor and new China auditor, respectively.
