On April 23, the launch ceremony and press conference for the 2026 Guizhou Province Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneurship Competition were held in Guiyang. The competition will focus on practical challenges such as the digital transformation of traditional industries, operational pain points in business production, and improving the quality and efficiency of public services. It invites artificial intelligence solutions from across the country, aiming to cultivate talent, gather expertise, and promote industry growth through competition. The event also seeks to integrate innovation, industry, and application chains, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial ecosystem for artificial intelligence development. To ensure professionalism and fairness in judging, the competition's evaluation criteria have been formulated by leading experts in big data and database fields in China. Entries will be assessed based on multiple dimensions, including technological innovation, practical application value, and potential for industrial impact. More than 200 attendees participated in the launch event, including representatives from relevant provincial departments, municipal and prefectural data system authorities, Gui'an New District, as well as experts, scholars, entrepreneurial teams, investment institutions, and industrial park representatives from within and outside the province.
