TEAMWAY INTL GP (01239) has announced that Mr. Zhou Weixiong has tendered his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
This decision was made to allow Mr. Zhou to dedicate more time to his personal endeavors and other business commitments. His resignation will become effective starting June 8, 2026.
