Deep News04-02

Investors who have suffered losses can register their claims via the relevant platform. On March 27, 2026, investor claims against Shandong Hiking International Co.,Ltd. (600735), represented by attorney Xu Feng from Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm, were once again submitted for case filing at the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court. Prior claims have already been accepted by the court and are currently awaiting further arrangements. Efforts are simultaneously ongoing to file subsequent cases, and the law firm continues to accept mandates from other investors.

On the evening of February 25, 2026, Shandong Hiking International announced that it had received a "Case Filing Notice" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on that date. Due to the company's suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to initiate an investigation into the company based on the Securities Law and the Administrative Punishment Law.

On August 27, 2025, Shandong Hiking International announced it had received a "Decision to Order Corrections" issued by the Qingdao Securities Regulatory Bureau targeting Shandong Hiking International Co., Ltd., its controlling shareholder, and its ultimate controller. As of the disclosure date of the 2025 semi-annual report, the controlling shareholder and its affiliates had non-operating fund balances owed to the listed company amounting to 406 million yuan. The investigation found that the controlling shareholder, controlled by the company's ultimate controller, had engaged in non-operational borrowing of company funds.

Legal counsel specializing in securities claims opines that, based on the aforementioned violations and in accordance with the Securities Law, investors who purchased Shandong Hiking International stock between May 8, 2025, and August 27, 2025, and sold or continued to hold the stock after August 27, 2025, may still be eligible to initiate claims for compensation.
