At the meeting, the District Science, Technology and Economic Commission interpreted Jing'an District's artificial intelligence "one district, one plan" — the "Jing'an District AI-Empowered Industrial Transformation Work Plan."
Based on Jing'an's industrial endowments, the plan locks its main direction onto three major fields: fashion consumption, professional services, and future audiovisual, building a "3+1" implementation framework, namely focusing on three major application directions and building one industrial ecosystem.
The plan specifies that within 3 months of implementation, more than 20 benchmark application scenarios will be created; within 6 months, more than 50 industry intelligent agents will be formed; and within 12 months, more than 100 industry intelligent agents and AI-native service products will be cultivated cumulatively.
The District Development and Reform Commission introduced the recent key work progress in the AI+ professional services SaS field.
The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Linfen Road Subdistrict, and the CAZ Functional Area respectively delivered exchange speeches centered on promoting the new SaS business model, AI empowering industrial development, and other work.
The meeting deployed key work including industrial transformation, scenario mining, enterprise attraction, and carrier construction, further clarifying the development direction and advancement path.
First, focus on key fields and promote AI-empowered industrial transformation. Jing'an will combine regional industrial characteristics to focus on promoting the application and development of artificial intelligence in three major fields.
In AI+ fashion consumption, based on Jing'an's fashion consumption industrial foundation, promote the integration of artificial intelligence into design and R&D, consumer insights, product promotion, marketing services, and supply chain management, expand the application space of artificial intelligence in the fashion consumption field, and promote innovation and upgrading of traditional consumption formats.
In AI+ professional services, focus on professional service fields such as law, finance and taxation, consulting, human resources, and advertising and marketing, explore the use of artificial intelligence to restructure service processes and delivery methods, promote deep integration of professional knowledge, industry experience, and artificial intelligence technology, cultivate new models of providing professional services through software and intelligent agents, and actively develop new business formats such as SaS (Service as Software).
In AI+ future audiovisual, around industrial chain links such as chips, terminals, and content production, pay attention to the application of artificial intelligence in micro-short dramas, film and television production, esports games, and other fields, promote artificial intelligence to reduce content production costs and improve creative efficiency, and expand the development space of the future audiovisual industry.
At the same time, actively pay attention to innovative applications of artificial intelligence in fields such as biomedicine, and promote effective connection between technological innovation and industrial demand.
Second, strengthen scenario traction so that artificial intelligence technology can find industrial footholds. Application scenarios are an important entry point for promoting the industrialization of artificial intelligence.
Jing'an will further strengthen its understanding of regional industries and enterprise needs, promote relevant departments to improve industrial cognition and technical understanding, and play a bridging role in connecting artificial intelligence enterprises with traditional industries.
On the one hand, sort out existing mature application cases and promote the implementation of replicable and scalable solutions in relevant industries and enterprises; on the other hand, insist on starting from actual needs, go deep into the front lines of enterprise production and operations and urban operations, excavate real pain points, and use demand to drive technology application and product iteration.
Scenario mining should not only focus on whether the technology can be realized, but also on whether the application solves actual problems and whether it can form a commercial closed loop, promoting artificial intelligence to move from technology display to practical application.
Third, innovate enterprise attraction methods and cultivate new momentum for industrial development. Around the development trends of the artificial intelligence industry and Jing'an's industrial needs, further broaden enterprise attraction channels, focusing on three types of resources: first, entrepreneurial teams from leading industry enterprises with industrial experience and technical capabilities; second, new artificial intelligence businesses and enterprises formed through internal incubation and spin-offs within traditional enterprises; third, young scientists, outstanding research teams, and innovative entrepreneurial talents with potential for achievement transformation.
In the process of enterprise attraction, pay more attention to the coordination of industrial resources, application scenarios, and development space, provide enterprises with support from technical verification and scenario application to market expansion, and enhance the region's attractiveness to artificial intelligence innovative enterprises.
Fourth, accelerate the construction of the SaS Innovation Community and improve the industrial development ecosystem. The SaS Innovation Community is an important carrier for Jing'an to promote artificial intelligence empowerment of professional services, gather innovative enterprises, and promote scenario applications.
Next, accelerate the construction of community space, promote the coordinated development of enterprise attraction, scenario matching, and professional services, and promote effective linkage between innovative enterprises and regional industrial resources.
Through the combination of spatial carriers, application scenarios, and industrial services, further gather innovative enterprises in the SaS field, promote the transformation of professional services toward intelligence and software, and cultivate new momentum for industrial development.
It is understood that the Jing'an District Artificial Intelligence Work Special Team operates substantively under a "1+3" structure and has compiled and formed a list of 71 SaS enterprises, of which 6 have been selected into the city's first batch of key SaS enterprise databases.
Recently, it has focused on the SaS field, visiting more than 30 key enterprises and connecting with nearly 20 ecosystem partners.
The "Jing'an AI Lecture Hall" has organized two training sessions, the SaS Academy has held four activities, and the "Ten Thousand People, Thousand Enterprises" training plan continues to advance.
