On August 19, financial news reported that Bank Of Ningbo Co.,Ltd. (002142) released a resolution announcement from its ninth board of directors' fifth meeting today. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal to nominate Mr. Shi Tingjun as a candidate for the ninth board of directors, agreeing to nominate him for the position. Upon official assumption of duties, he will also serve as a member of the Board's Strategy and Sustainability Committee.
The previously nominated director, Xie Gongyi, will no longer serve as a company director due to work-related reasons. This proposal has been reviewed and approved by the Board's Nomination Committee and will be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for consideration and to the regulatory authorities for qualification approval.
According to his resume, Shi Tingjun, male, born in November 1970, holds an on-the-job graduate degree and is a senior economist and certified accountant. He currently serves as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Ningbo Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd. Shi's career includes positions at Ningbo Marine Fishery Corporation, Ningbo Light Industry Bureau, and Ningbo Light Industry Group Co., Ltd., where he served as a cadre and deputy division chief. He subsequently held roles as deputy division chief of the Enterprise Division at Ningbo Economic Commission, and various positions at the Ningbo State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, including deputy division chief, division chief, Party Working Committee member, and deputy director. He later became the Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Ningbo Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd. From April 2020 to February 2023, he previously served as a director of Bank Of Ningbo Co.,Ltd..
