China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has completed the issuance of its 2026 fifth tranche of short-term commercial paper, according to a filing with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 20 April 2026.
The tranche totals RMB4.00 billion, issued at a par value of RMB100 per unit. The notes carry a 184-day tenor and a final coupon rate of 1.50%. Proceeds are designated for general working-capital purposes.
The issuance was conducted under a shareholder mandate approved on 17 February 2025, which authorises the board to issue debt financing instruments in an aggregate amount up to 350% of the company’s latest audited net assets.
