The Ningxia Zhongwei Municipal Development and Reform Commission has announced the commencement of a competitive selection process for supporting new energy projects under the second phase of the Zhongwei Big Data Computing Power Industry Green Power Park initiative. The total capacity of the project is 2.6 gigawatts (GW), comprising 600 megawatts (MW) of photovoltaic power and 2 GW of wind power. The competitive selection does not accept consortium applications. The submission deadline is 12:00 on February 27, 2026.
