(03347) has announced that, based on the recommendations of its nomination committee, the board of directors has proposed the following resolutions: (1) the re-election of Dr. Ye Xiaoping, Ms. Cao Xiaochun, and Mr. Wen Zengyu as executive directors for the sixth board of directors; (2) the re-election of Mr. Yuan Huagang and Ms. Liu Yuwen as independent non-executive directors for the sixth board of directors; and (3) the appointment of Mr. Xiao Yaoxi as an independent non-executive director for the sixth board of directors.
