CRRC (01766) announced that its Fourth Board of Directors, at the eighth meeting held on March 27, 2026, reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the appointment of the President of CRRC Corporation Limited. The board agreed to appoint Mr. Wang Feng as President of the company. His term will commence from the date of approval by the board and continue until the conclusion of the Fourth Board of Directors' tenure.
