C FIN INT INV (00721.HK) Releases 2025 Interim Report Online, Opens Channel for Shareholder Communication Preferences

13 March 2026—China Financial International Investment Limited (stock code 00721.HK) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Interim Report are now available on the company website (https://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/cfii/) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board urges shareholders to review the online version to facilitate timely access to corporate information. Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed report enclosed with the notification.

Shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic version or who prefer printed communications may submit a completed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email 721-ecom@vistra.com. No postage is required for returns mailed within Hong Kong using the prepaid label supplied.

To receive electronic notifications, shareholders must ensure a functional email address is on record. Until an active address is provided, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form.
