On 29 April 2026, China Aluminum Cans Holdings Limited (“CHINA ALUMCAN”) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the AGM circular dated 29 April 2026, and the related proxy form (collectively, “Current Corporate Communication”) have been published on both the company’s website (www.6898hk.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).
Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents will find hard-copy sets enclosed with the notification. Those experiencing difficulties in accessing the online documents—or wishing to shift from electronic to physical copies for the Current or all future Corporate Communications—may complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, or email the request to is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon receipt of the request.
The company stresses that shareholders bear responsibility for maintaining a functional email address. Without a valid address on record, CHINA ALUMCAN can only dispatch Notices of Publication and any Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form until an update is provided. Instructions to receive printed materials (Part A of the Reply Form) remain effective until 31 December 2026 unless shareholders specify otherwise in writing.
