TRANSPORT INT'L Calls 14 May 2026 AGM; Proposes HK$0.50 Final Dividend and Board Re-elections

Transport International Holdings Limited (TRANSPORT INT'L) has issued a notice convening its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, 14 May 2026, at the Royal Plaza Hotel, Kowloon.

Key agenda items: • Financial Statements and Reports: Shareholders will consider the audited financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended 31 December 2025. • Dividend Proposal: The board recommends an ordinary final dividend of HK$0.50 per share for FY 2025, subject to shareholder approval. • Board Composition: Eight directors are standing for re-election, including two independent non-executive directors—Dr. Eric Li Ka Cheung and Professor Liu Pak Wai—who have each served for more than nine years. Key dates: • Register of Members closure for AGM participation: 11 – 14 May 2026 (both days inclusive); last day for share transfers is 8 May 2026. • Record date for AGM voting entitlement: 14 May 2026. • Register closure for dividend entitlement: 20 May 2026; last day for share transfers is 19 May 2026.

All resolutions will be voted on by poll. The notice specifies contingency arrangements for adverse weather and confirms that directors currently have no immediate plans to exercise the proposed share issue or repurchase mandates.
