Guardian Metal Resources Files for U.S. IPO to Raise $50 Million

Guardian Metal Resources (GMTL.US), an exploration-stage mining company focused on tungsten deposits with projects in Nevada, submitted an application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Thursday. The company plans to raise up to $50 million through an initial public offering (IPO). Guardian Metal Resources intends to list on the NYSE American market under the ticker symbol "GMTL."

Established in 2021, Guardian Metal Resources is an exploration-stage mining company concentrating on tungsten and other minerals in Nevada. Its primary projects are the Pilot Mountain and Tempiute tungsten assets, both located in areas with a history of third-party production. In addition to tungsten, the company holds early-stage exploration assets for copper, gold, silver, and lithium.

Current operational activities include engineering work to support a feasibility study for the Pilot Mountain project, as well as ongoing exploration and resource definition drilling at the Tempiute project.
