Inspur Digital Enterprise Releases 2025 ESG Report: Revenue RMB 7.31 Billion, Net Profit RMB 241 Million, Carbon-Cut Target Set

Inspur Digital Enterprise (Inspur Digital) published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, detailing both financial outcomes and non-financial performance for the year ended 31 December 2025.

Financial Highlights • Revenue rose to RMB 7.31 billion, while net profit reached RMB 241 million. • R&D expenditure totalled RMB 726 million, representing 9.93 % of revenue.

Governance & Compliance • The seven-member board comprises 43 % independent and 29 % female directors; seven meetings were convened during the year. • No material incidents of non-compliance, corruption or product recalls were recorded; 100 % of staff completed business-ethics and anti-corruption training.

Innovation & Product Quality • R&D personnel numbered 2,435 and patent holdings increased to 1,038. • The group advanced its “AI First” strategy, launched the Haiyue Commercial AI suite and PaaS 8.0 platform, and secured multiple market-leading rankings from IDC and other institutions. • Inspur General Software’s testing centre obtained CNAS accreditation; customer satisfaction averaged 96.64 %.

Environmental Metrics • Group greenhouse-gas emissions totalled 3,000.07 tCO₂e, of which 60 % stemmed from purchased electricity. • Electricity consumption was 3.13 million kWh. • The company targets a 10 % reduction in both GHG and energy-intensity over ten years (baseline 2021) and has introduced measures such as stricter travel policies, smart-lighting systems and remote-work infrastructure.

Social Performance • Total headcount stood at 7,974; women accounted for 31.49 % of employees. • Staff turnover fell to 21.75 %. • Training hours reached 534,015, averaging 66.97 hours per employee; performance appraisal coverage was 100 %. • No work-related fatalities occurred; the lost-time injury figure was 509 days, with a safety-training coverage rate of 100 %.

Community Engagement • Public-welfare donations amounted to RMB 3.54 million, and 59 employee volunteers participated in social programmes, including rural-revitalisation initiatives.

Strategic Outlook The board intends to deepen the “AI First” roadmap, accelerate industrial digitalisation projects and maintain lean-operations discipline as China enters its 15th Five-Year Plan period. Inspur Digital aims to continue balancing economic returns with environmental and social value creation in pursuit of its long-term sustainability goals.
