Tsugami China Publishes 2026 Annual Report and AGM Documents Online

Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited (Tsugami China) announced on 24 July 2026 that its Annual Report 2026, an accompanying circular, the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and the related proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.tsugami.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to review the documents electronically. Those who have previously opted for hard-copy delivery will receive printed versions by mail. Shareholders experiencing difficulties with e-mail notifications or internet access may request physical copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by e-mailing 1651-ecom@vistra.com.

To ensure timely receipt of future corporate communications, shareholders are responsible for providing a functional e-mail address. Until a valid address is supplied, the company will send notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form only.
