RUIHE DATA (03680) Announces Board Changes and New Process Agent

Ruihe Data Technology Holdings Limited (Stock code: 03680) has announced board composition changes and the appointment of a new authorized representative, all effective from March 6, 2026.

The company reported the resignation of Non-Executive Director, Dr. Wu Fu-Shea, who is stepping down to dedicate more time to other personal engagements. According to the announcement, there is no disagreement between Dr. Wu and the board, and no further information related to his departure needs to be brought to the attention of shareholders.

Ruihe Data Technology Holdings Limited has named Wang Jun (aged 50) as an Executive Director. Wang holds a Bachelor of Arts from Shandong Normal University, a Master of Arts from Donghua University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales. He has over two decades of experience in listed company operations, marketing, and investment management, having served in leadership positions at several multinational and publicly listed corporations. Under his service agreement, he will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$120,000 and a discretionary bonus.

Additionally, the company has appointed Wu Kezhong (aged 62) as a Non-Executive Director. Wu has extensive background in financial investment and service innovation, having led or participated in investments across various sectors, including financial services and new materials. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Wu’s director’s fee will be HK$120,000 per annum, with a discretionary bonus determined by the board.

Furthermore, Ruihe Data Technology Holdings Limited has designated Yiu Yui Wa as its authorized representative responsible for acceptance of service of process and notices in Hong Kong, taking over from Lam Chun Hung Stanley. This appointment aligns with the requirements set out in the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance.

The board expressed thanks to the departing director for his service and extended a warm welcome to Wang Jun and Wu Kezhong upon their appointments.
