Giordano International Limited notified shareholders that, in accordance with applicable laws and its constitutional documents, future corporate communications may be received either in printed form or via electronic access through the company website (http://corp.giordano.com.hk/).
To exercise this option, shareholders must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by post or by hand no later than May 29 2026. A pre-paid mailing label is provided for returns posted within Hong Kong; otherwise, standard postage applies.
Shareholders who do not respond by the May 29 deadline will be deemed to have consented to receiving all future corporate communications electronically via the company website. Notice of each publication will be dispatched by post to the address recorded on the share register, and, where an email address is supplied, an electronic notification will be sent on the day of release.
At any time, shareholders may alter their chosen method of receipt by giving reasonable written or email notice (709-ecom@vistra.com). Upon request, printed copies will be supplied free of charge to shareholders who experience difficulty accessing electronic versions.
Corporate communications covered under this election include directors’ reports, annual and interim financial statements with auditors’ reports, ESG reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
