MENGNIU DAIRY Announces Board and Committee Appointments

MENGNIU DAIRY has announced a series of changes to its board of directors and committee memberships, effective from June 10, 2026.

According to the announcement, Mr. Meng Fanjie has resigned from his positions as a non-executive director of the company and as a member of the Strategy and Development Committee.

Concurrently, Mr. Dang Jian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and will also join the Strategy and Development Committee.

Furthermore, Mr. Qing Lijun, who serves as the company's non-executive director and Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
