Central Plains Environment Protection's Subsidiary Xin Hong Guang Gu to Invest in Zhengzhou High-Tech City Cultural Complex Reclaimed Water Energy Project

Central Plains Environment Protection Co.,Ltd. (000544.SZ) announced that its board of directors has approved a proposal for investing in the construction of a reclaimed water energy supply project for the Zhengzhou High-Tech City Cultural Complex. The company's subsidiary, Henan Xin Hong Guang Gu New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Xin Hong Guang Gu"), will undertake the project.

The project will utilize reclaimed water from the high-tech zone's micro-pipeline network and apply reclaimed water-source heat pump technology to provide cooling and heating services for the High-Tech City Cultural Complex ("Cultural Complex"). Located at the southeast intersection of Science Avenue and Innovation Avenue in Zhengzhou's high-tech zone, the Cultural Complex covers a total construction area of approximately 156,000 square meters, including exhibition halls, conference rooms, and outdoor supporting facilities.

Xin Hong Guang Gu will be responsible for laying reclaimed water supply and return pipelines, constructing equipment and facilities within the energy station, as well as procuring, installing, and commissioning cold/hot water pipelines, valves, and auxiliary equipment within 1.5 meters outside the station. The total investment in the project is estimated at RMB 30 million.
