Taobao's 510 Anniversary Freebie Quiz Kicks Off at Midnight, Introduces AI Try-On Feature

The "Taobao Quiz for Free Orders" event page officially launched at midnight on May 6. As a signature activity for Taobao's 510 anniversary celebration, the quiz-based freebie initiative first debuted two years ago, attracting over 100 million participants. This year marks its third iteration.

According to the rules, from 00:00 on May 6 to 24:00 on May 9, users can search for "Taobao Free Order" and guess the target number based on clues provided on the activity page. After submitting an amount, the system will automatically match it against the user's historical orders. If the amount matches exactly, participation is successful. If the amount is insufficient, users can invite friends to form a team and combine orders. As long as the entire team guesses correctly and falls within the quota limit, they can win a free order red packet. The quiz sessions are scheduled daily at 11:00 and 15:00. Additionally, this year's event introduces a new AI try-on feature during evening hours.
