Hanfort Development Publishes AGM Circular Covering New Share Issue, Buy-Back Mandates and Bye-laws Update

Hanfort Development Holdings Limited released a notification on 28 May 2026 confirming that its latest circular—detailing proposals for (1) general mandates to issue new shares, (2) share repurchases, (3) re-election of directors and (4) amendments to the existing bye-laws with adoption of the third amended and restated bye-laws—has been posted on both the company’s website (www.hanfort.com) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular also includes the notice of Hanfort Development’s 2026 annual general meeting. Shareholders can review the document online in either English or Chinese. Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies may complete and return the accompanying request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed versions will be provided free of charge upon request.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to supply their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or to HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a functional email address is on record, the company will continue to dispatch only printed notices of publication.
