The 14 outstanding units are identified as: Henan Telecom, Guangxi Telecom, Gansu Telecom, Guizhou Telecom, Hubei Telecom, Inner Mongolia Telecom, Shandong Telecom, Shanghai Telecom, Ningxia Telecom, Hainan Telecom, China Telecom Research Institute, China Telecom Security Company, China Telecom Tianyi Cloud Company, and China Telecom Digital Intelligence Technology Company. This group includes 10 provincial branches and 4 specialized subsidiaries.
Geographically, the high-performing provincial companies are primarily located in central China, southwestern, northwestern, and eastern coastal regions. The specialized subsidiaries recognized are predominantly focused on technology-related operations.
