China Silver Group Completes Partial New Share Subscription Under Special Authorization

China Silver Group (00815) has announced the receipt of a partial payment of HKD 33.15 million under Subscription Agreement E, corresponding to 65 million new shares to be subscribed. As all conditions precedent under the agreement have been fulfilled, the subscription was partially completed on May 5, 2026. A total of 65 million shares were issued to the subscriber at a price of HKD 0.51 per share. These shares represent approximately 2.14% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to the completion and about 2.10% after the issuance. The net proceeds from this partial subscription, amounting to approximately HKD 33.09 million after deducting related fees and expenses, will be used as previously disclosed in the announcements and circulars. The completion of the remaining subscription for a total of 845 million shares is expected to proceed according to the terms and conditions of the respective agreements. The company will issue further announcements regarding the completion of the remaining subscription as necessary.
