The appointment will take effect following approval by the company's shareholders at a general meeting. Separately, Ms. Zhang Yi has tendered her resignation from her roles as non-executive director and member of the board's remuneration and nomination committee, citing retirement. Her resignation will become effective on the date shareholders approve the appointment of the new non-executive director.
