Bulletin Express06-08

SHENZHEN LDROBOT CO., LTD (LDROBOT) announced a shift to an electronic-first distribution model for all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.\n\nKey Features of the New Arrangement\n1. Actionable Corporate Communications (e.g., proxy forms, election notices) will be emailed individually to shareholders. If LDROBOT does not hold a functional email address, the documents will be mailed in hard copy together with a request form to capture an email address for future use.\n\n2. Routine Corporate Communications—including annual reports, interim reports, quarterly reports, circulars and meeting notices—will be made available exclusively on the company’s website (www.ldrobot.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate hard-copy notification of website publication will be issued.\n\n3. Shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by completing an online form accessible via QR code (valid through 7 August 2026) or by notifying the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 1236-ecom@vistra.com.\n\n4. Printed versions of any corporate communication will be supplied free of charge upon written request to the registrar. A shareholder’s preference for printed materials will remain valid until the end of the following financial year unless revoked or renewed.\n\n5. Investor enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited at +852 2980 1333 during business hours or via email to 1236-ecom@vistra.com.\n\nThe company stated that these measures aim to streamline shareholder communication and align with HKEX’s electronic dissemination framework effective 31 December 2023.
