Major Shareholder BNP Paribas Increases Stake in Bank of Nanjing, Raising Total Ownership to 18.06%

On November 21, Bank of Nanjing announced that it received a notice from its major shareholder, BNP Paribas, regarding an increase in shareholding. Based on confidence in the company's future development and recognition of its value growth, BNP Paribas (QFII) purchased additional shares of Bank of Nanjing through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized bidding system using its own funds between September 29, 2025, and November 20, 2025.

The announcement disclosed that BNP Paribas (QFII) acquired 128,231,748 shares, representing 1.04% of the bank's total equity, during the stated period. As a result, the combined ownership of BNP Paribas and BNP Paribas (QFII) rose from 17.02% to 18.06%.
