(Stock Code: 9608) announced, on 31 October 2025 (after trading hours), a connected transaction to acquire 50 parking lots at basement two level of Sundy Building, 789 Fuchun Road, Hangzhou, for RMB10,586,700. The parking lots, with a usage term lasting until 16 November 2047, will be delivered before 1 January 2026.
According to the announcement, the purchase price was determined with reference to an independent valuation, prevailing market environments, and comparable transactional data. Settled in one lump sum by internal resources, the acquisition is aimed at capital preservation and investment, as these parking lots feature stable demand due to their proximity to business and financial districts.
The vendor, Hangzhou Sundy Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., is an associate of a controlling shareholder, making the transaction a connected transaction under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules. The deal is subject to reporting and announcement requirements but is exempt from independent shareholders’ approval. Directors of Sundy Service Group consider the terms fair, reasonable, and in the best interests of all shareholders.
