LENS (06613) announced that Mr. Tang Xiangxi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. He will assume the roles of Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, succeeding Mr. Xie Zhiming. His term will commence from the date of approval at the interim shareholders' meeting and will last until the expiration of the company's fifth board of directors.
