China Zheshang Bank Co.,Ltd. has released its implementation announcement for the 2025 annual profit distribution.
The dividend will be distributed based on the company's total share capital of 27,464,635,963 shares prior to the plan's execution, with a cash dividend of 0.131 yuan per share (before tax). The total cash dividend payout amounts to 3,597,867,311.15 yuan. This includes an A-share capital of 21,544,435,963 shares, with an A-share cash dividend of 2,822,321,111.15 yuan (before tax).
The equity distribution record date is set for June 25, 2026, with the ex-dividend date being June 26, 2026.
