Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Tianyu Semiconductor) announced a transition to predominantly electronic delivery of corporate communications in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A and the company’s Articles of Association. Key arrangements take effect on 24 April 2026.

Actionable Corporate Communications • Shareholders will receive documents requiring action—such as proxy forms or election instructions—directly by email. • If an email address is unavailable or non-functional, a printed copy will be dispatched together with a form requesting a valid email address for future use.

General Corporate Communications • All reports, notices, circulars and other communications will be posted on the company website (www.sicty.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). • No separate hard-copy notification of online publication will be issued; shareholders are urged to monitor the two websites proactively.

Shareholder Email Registration • Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address via the QR-code-linked online form by 27 May 2026. • Alternatively, email details may be provided at any time to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post or via 2658-ecom@vistra.com.

Printed Copy Requests • Any shareholder who prefers printed versions, or encounters difficulty accessing electronic documents, may request hard copies free of charge from the share registrar. • The stated preference will remain effective until revoked or superseded.

Enquiries • Questions can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00) or by email to 2658-ecom@vistra.com.
