NEXION TECH (08420) has announced a board restructuring. Effective from May 20, 2026, Mr. Yang Zhenyu has resigned from his position as an Independent Non-executive Director. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Ying Qinmin has been appointed as the new Independent Non-executive Director. He will concurrently serve as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
