INTL GENIIS Appoints New Independent Non-Executive Director and Executive Director

INTL GENIUS (00033) announced that Ms. Yang Na has resigned from her position as a non-executive director of the company. She will also step down from her roles as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee, effective May 22, 2026, to dedicate more time to her other professional commitments.

Furthermore, Ms. Xu Zhiyan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. Mr. Pan Qingduo has been appointed as an executive director, a member of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee. These appointments are also effective from May 22, 2026.
