CHOW TAI FOOK (HKEX: 01929) has disclosed its annual financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026. The group reported a revenue of HK$94.398 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 5.3%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached HK$9.004 billion, representing a significant 52.2% growth compared to the previous year.
Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.91. The board has recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK$0.45 per share.
The company's gross profit margin improved to 32.3% during the period. This enhancement was primarily driven by the surge in gold prices and an increased sales contribution from the group's distinctive, high-margin iconic product lines.
Coupled with effective cost control measures, operating profit rose by 27.8% year-on-year to HK$18.850 billion. Consequently, the operating profit margin climbed to 20.0%, achieving its highest level in five years.
The group's return on equity also increased to 28.4%, demonstrating a continued improvement from the five-year historical average of 20.5%.
