Datang Renewable Power completes RMB1.00 billion 120-day ultra-short-term debenture issuance

China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited completed the placement of its 2026 fifth tranche of ultra-short-term debentures on 15 July 2026, raising RMB1.00 billion through the PRC inter-bank bond market.

The debentures carry a 1.37% coupon, have a face value of RMB100 per note and mature in 120 days, with the final redemption scheduled for 13 November 2026. Interest accrues from 16 July 2026.

Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. acted as lead underwriter and bookrunner, while Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. served as joint lead underwriter. According to the company, proceeds will be applied to repay outstanding interest-bearing debt and to supplement working capital.

Documentation related to the issuance is available on the Shanghai Clearing House website. The transaction does not constitute a notifiable or connected transaction under Chapters 14 and 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
