Since applications opened on April 23rd, covering the period back to the program's launch on February 24th, a total of 2.48 million yuan has been disbursed to recipients over the past three and a half months.
Nationwide, the fund has benefited 64 service provider families. Among them, nine real estate agents have each received cumulative payouts exceeding 100,000 yuan.
Furthermore, service providers from 34 cities across the country, including store owners, client managers, regional managers, transaction signing managers, store BPs, operations managers, installers, and painters, have received 20,000 yuan in critical illness support.
The "Health Home Guardian Fund" was established through a joint initiative by KE Holdings' co-founders, Peng Yongdong and Shan Yigang.
In April 2025 and February 2026, Peng Yongdong and Shan Yigang announced donations totaling 19 million shares. These contributions are intended to support housing industry service providers and their families with needs such as medical security and children's education, and to provide support for new graduates.
