BEIJING AIRPORT announced that its application to register and issue medium-term notes and commercial paper with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors has been approved as of May 8, 2026. The company will initiate the issuance of the first tranche of its 2026 medium-term notes and the first tranche of its 2026 commercial paper at an appropriate time. The specific issuance amounts for these instruments will be determined upon launch, with the coupon rates and other issuance details to be finalized following the completion of bookbuilding.
