ASCENTAGE PHARMA GROUP (HKEX: 06855) has announced the issuance of new restricted share units. According to the company's filing, a total of 440,700 restricted share units were granted under its 2021 plan as of the date of the announcement.
These units, equivalent to 440,700 shares, were awarded to 453 selected participants under the 2021 plan, all of whom are employees of the group. This grant is referred to as the 2021 award.
