Dr. Huang Hong has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director, effective July 21, 2026, to devote more time to her personal affairs.

Following the effectiveness of Dr. Huang Hong's resignation, she will no longer serve as the chairperson of the company's remuneration committee or as a member of the company's audit committee and nomination committee.

Dr. Huang Xuefen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairperson of the remuneration committee, and a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee, effective from July 21, 2026.
